The Warehouse City project consists of 30 warehouses located in Umm Al Thoub Area-7, Umm Al Quwain.
The Warehouse City project in Umm Al Quwain encompasses the construction of thirty warehouses in the vibrant Umm Al Thoub Area-7 spanning across an expansive built-up area of 184,800 sq.m. for M/s Al Muhaidib Holding.
Our scope of work includes various tasks such as mobilization, demolition, excavation, road construction, building structures, finishing touches, waterproofing, and installation of MEP systems.
Additionally, landscaping, roadworks, and boundary walls are integral parts of the project, ensuring a comprehensive and functional development for our clients.
