A New Milestone: ASIA Prime to Design and Construct (G+3P+15+R) DMC New Admin Office Building.

ASIA Prime is thrilled to announce our latest Design-Build project: the (G+3P+15) New Admin Office Building for M/s Dubai Maritime City, encompassing a substantial 41,500 sq.m. built-up area.

The building will function as a smart building where the end user can interact using cutting-edge technological solutions. The parking shall accommodate a minimum of 450 vehicles in the four parking levels. Our commitment to excellence and timely delivery continues to set us apart, and we are eager to bring this landmark project to life.
