ASIA Prime General Contracting is proud to announce the successful completion of four residential projects with Nshama Properties in less than two years; The Ascot, Diplomat, Regent, and most recently, Holland Gardens Residence.

Through the collective effort of our dedicated team, we have delivered over 750 residential units and duplexes, completing nearly 100,000 Sq.m. of built-up area, while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and project execution. Proud of what we have achieved and excited for what’s ahead.
