This Project of Al Rostamani Group comprises of Workshops for Central Trading, Suzuki, United Diesel, Workshop Yard for Al Rostamani Pegal, Workshop for their cut & bend factory, G+1 Precast Labour Accommodation and Office Buildings. There are other services facilities such as a Guard Room, Substation, Grey Water Treatment Plant for the Labor Accommodation and Washing Bay for United Diesel.
The Labour Accommodation of around 7,400 Sqm area consists of 191 Labour Rooms + 21 Supervisor Rooms.
