Project Brief

The Design-Build of “Borouge Permanent Warehouses” project stands as a stamp of excellence in the Kizad area of Abu Dhabi, as it is designed to meet the dynamic needs of the industrial landscape. With a massive built-up area of 220,500 sq.m., these warehouses offer a versatile space tailored to accommodate a diverse range of storage requirements.

Each warehouse boasts impressive dimensions, stretching over 230 meters and extending half a kilometer in length, providing sufficient space for the seamless operation and management of goods and materials.

A super flat slab design ensures surface regularity, enhancing material handling efficiency. The use of CPM5 heavy-duty concrete below the interlock reinforces the foundation, ensuring long-term stability. These warehouses serve as the premier storage hub for M/s Borouge’s polymers, supporting and enhancing its logistical operations.
