In 2022, ASIA Prime embarked on the Design-Build journey of the PCFC HQ building and the Multi-Storey Carpark located in the heart of Dubai Maritime City, covering a 48,300 sq.m. built-up area.

Within this landmark project, ASIA Prime’s comprehensive scope involves the design and construction of the (G+9) Commercial Building and the (G+6+R) Multi-Storey Carpark.

The strategic and innovative approach by our engineering and operational teams has accelerated the construction timeline and placed the project well ahead of schedule.
