Project Brief

Located in Umm Al Quwain city, the ambitious project features a multifaceted scope, encompassing not only the construction but also the remediation of defects and maintenance across multiple blocks. Spanning an impressive built-up area exceeding 45,000 sq.m., the project represents a significant endeavor poised to redefine the operational process of Falcon Pack.

Blocks A,B, and C consist of constructing Ground Floor Steel Factories and RCC Office Blocks. Whereas in Block D, it consists of a Ground Floor Steel Factory and a Mezzanine Floor Steel Store. Block E, on the other hand, contains a Ground Floor Steel Factory and two mezzanines. The Sub- Mezzanine is an Office Block, and the Main Mezzanine is an Office and Storage.

The project timeline, spanning a duration of 14 months, underscores the meticulous planning and execution essential for its successful realization. A noteworthy milestone within this timeline is the completion of the Soap Factory, which is to be achieved within the initial 5 months from the commencement date. This pivotal milestone serves as a testament to the project’s overarching objectives.
