The project consists of designing and constructing 3 Nos. New Warehouses, with a one-year defect liability period at Al Raa'fa, U.A.Q.
ASIA Prime is dedicated to executing the project with precision and efficiency, ensuring that all aspects of design, construction, testing, and commissioning are meticulously carried out.
Our scope of work encompasses the Design and Construction of “Proposed 3 Nos. New Warehouses”, with a total Built-up Area exceeding 106,000 Sq.m.
The project includes the construction of three steel shed buildings, containing 15 warehouse spaces. The design will feature Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) for the steel structure, sandwich panel for the roof cladding, and hollow core slab as partitions.
ASIA Prime aims to deliver this project within the allocated timeframe of 17 months, ensuring that our client’s expectations are not only met but surpassed.
