Project Brief

In 2024, ASIA Prime embarked on the Design-Build journey of the proposed (G+3P+15) New Admin Office Building for M/s Dubai Maritime City, covering an impressive 41,500 sq.m. built-up area.

The project is located in Dubai Maritime City (DMC), close to Mina Rashid. The proposed building consists of G+3 Parking Floors + 15 Office Floors and aims to provide an inspiring and sustainable office environment.

The building will function as a smart building where the end user can interact using cutting-edge technological solutions. The parking shall accommodate a minimum of 450 vehicles in the four parking levels.

With an unwavering commitment to excellence, and a total duration of 21 months, ASIA Prime is devoted to complete this remarkable endeavor by the third quarter of 2026, showcasing the efficiency of our processes in delivering high-quality projects that surpass the industry standards.
