Managing Director

Waddah Basmaji

Waddah Basmaji brings nearly three decades of construction expertise to the table. Graduating as a Civil Engineer from Beirut Arab University in 1987, he embarked on his journey at Ghiyath Al Nasser Consultants, Aleppo-Syria, where he managed residential compounds spanning 80,000 sq. m.

 

In 1991, he ventured into the UAE, kickstarting his career at AMANA Abu Dhabi as a Construction Manager. Progressing steadily, he assumed roles of increasing responsibility, eventually serving as Deputy General Manager at AMANA Dubai in 1997 and later as Partner and General Manager at AMANA Sharjah in 1998.

 

Throughout his 11-year tenure at AMANA, Waddah oversaw the successful completion of 235 projects, totaling approximately AED 1.5 billion in value.

Mazen Khazaal

In 2010, Mazen joined ASIA Prime Group as an integral part of our Business Development team. Since then, he has rose and handled various positions up to his current position of Deputy General Manager, where his expertise in sales and experience as a Civil Engineer provided him with much skills and knowledge relevant to his current job.

 

He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Beirut Arab University in 2001. Mazen has an extensive background in sales, including identifying and developing relationships with our existing and new clients.

 

This, together with his efficient and effective management style, has proven to be an ace up in his sleeve in improving, together with the General Manager and our Managing Director, the status of MEPCO and ASIA Prime in the construction industry in the U.A.E. and in other locations.
